Ok first you need to change your password

Just click on this link.and make a note of your new password.
Then clear out your browser cache
Type these 3 keys together
Ctrl+Shift+Delete
and in the window that appears Tick the top box
“Preserve Favourite website data”then click on Delete
That will clear out your browser cache and is
usually enough to fix most problems
Seem like a lot but you can do it pretty quick
