somehow,i went to this one site,then all of a sudden,this big pop-up came up & it was loading something called “Personal AntiVirus” & now it’s on my computer & slowing it down.i went to the start menu & programs & pressed “uninstall” but it won’t work!& then i went to “add or remove programs” and that didn’t work either!

uninstall it with Perfect Uninstaller for I have solved the same problem as yours. It removed it easily….Good luck, too!
