sorry NJ, trojans are not viruses!

Spyware scans do not get everything all of the time. Tojans are really hard to get rid of. I would suggest that you go to cybertechhelp.com and register with their forums. Then post your problem in the Virus sections. They will guide you through Hijack and other stuff and help you completely eliminate your virus!!

* Then click Finish.

* As soon as it loads, select quick scan, then click Scan.

* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

Use this guide – it should get your computer clean and if it hasn’t by the end of it, it will be better and also the guide will tell you what to do to get help in the forum:

It’s fairly straight forward and although it can take a while, it’s thorough and works. We had a computer stuck in Safe Mode until I ran through that cleaning guide on it.
