so go to the store and buy the antivirus cd or

Start your computer in safe mode with networking and you should be able to access the internet and download a fix. Press ‘F8′ repeatedly as the computer restarts and wait for the advanced options menu. The ‘security antivirus’ program is itself malicous software – yes they really do want you to pay them money to fill your computer with viruses!

Try malwarebytes or similar to clear off this infection, but you need to get a good antivirus program to protect you in future.
