I have Sophos Anti-Virus protection on my computer so i get notifications if there’s a harmful file. I do a full computer scan and the threats show up, but since there’s multiple accounts on my families computer i can’t delete them because im not administrator. But if i get on the administrator account the threats on other accounts can’t be deleted either. Its so frustrating because it’s getting worse and im trying to fix it but it’s not working! One is make sure what you are deleting is really a threat. Sophos anti-virus is know for giving many false positives. Which means it’s saying some thing is malware when it isn’t. I would be very careful. You delete the wrong thing and you may make your computer use less.
