This one comes up a lot on work computer, our techs have had no problems removing it with using Malwarebytes as far as i have been told. Be sure to update the software after installing before running a scan.

I would try MalwareBytes Anti-malware program. you can download it from www.cnet.com just do a search for it. You can usually do the quick scan and it will get everything and then when you go to sleep, let it do the full scan to be sure. It has worked for other rogue antivirus programs like xp antivirus and windows antivirus to name a few. Good luck
